The series Perpetuum mobile, osm105#, is a commission from the Education Area of the National Museum Thyssen-Bornemisza (Madrid, Spain) together with the BBVA Foundation.

El arriba y el abajo (the upper and the lower) is the first of these musical tours. It took place on the night of the winter solstice 2019, and is about the flow of day-night energies, life and death, light and darkness. The author based her lyrics on a channelizing by as Ana Mirtha Gutiérrez in Antarctic language. Eva Guillamón built the staging. The voices in the premiere were those of the Youth Choir of Madrid, trained and conducted by Juan Pablo de Juan.

The work is a cantata in movement for three mixed choirs (X, Y and Z).
