The pianist and composer Juan María Solare (Buenos Aires, 1966) is one of those musicians who travel along less-traveled paths: his music subtly combines modern classical music with lighter genres. His typical styles include neoclassical music, chamber music, orchestral music, tango, and film music. Solare teaches at the University of Bremen and the Bremen University of Arts. He has given recitals in Argentina, Germany, London, Spain, Scandinavia, and beyond. He is also the editor of four piano albums for Ricordi (Universal Music) and a fifth for Peters Verlag (Leipzig). Additionally, he conducts the Bremer Orchestergemeinschaft orchestra. Solare was awarded the 'Neustart Kultur' grants in 2022 and 2023 by the German Music Council. His music has exceeded 30 million plays on Spotify. www.juanmariasolare.com
