Author
I was born in Almansa (Albacete, Spain) in 1982. I consider myself a musical artist. My work has received recognitions such as the Fulbright Scholarship, with which I studied my Master's in Composition at New York University; the Sonia Megías Classroom (Alicante, 2018), the Sonia Megías Library (Granada, 2022), and Sonia Megías Street (Almansa, 2024). My music is performed every week worldwide, in small and large auditoriums, by professional and beginner performers. I have been directing the vocal laboratory CoroDelantal since 2011, and I compose and sing in the group Dúa da Pel since 2014 alongside poet Eva Guillamón. Since 2023, I have been conducting my doctoral thesis at the Polytechnic University of Valencia about my expanded musical notations, called 'rare scores'. You can find my creations at EdicionesDelantal.
